Magistrate Court charged three men with murder after a man was found dead in a hotel in Bukit Bintang last week.
S. Prabah, 49 was shot dead in a room at Capitol Hotel by T. Muniswaran, 49; S. Katharavello, 52; and Mohd Zulbihar Ali Khan Kamaldin, 48 between 6.05pm and 6.40pm last May 3.
The three men were charged under Section 302 of the Penal Code, read together with Section 34 of the same law. If found guilty, they will face the death sentence.
Magistrate Wong Chai Sia read out the charges and they nodded but no plea was recorded.
The court then set July 13 for mention for submission of the chemist report.
