Residents of Bandar Sri Damansara residence helped rescue the dog when they received a call from a neighbor and our faith in humanity has been restored!
“My neighbor was walking his dog around 8pm when he heard cries of a dog coming from a drain in the area,” said David Yee, a resident.
David and his neighbor, Lydia Ooi followed the sound and successfully located the dog who was trapped inside a covered 40-meter long drain.
According to Yee, he tried to prod the dog with a walking stick but the dog didn’t move.
So he decided to send a message to their residential WhatsApp group asking for help and 16 people showed up not long after.
The dog was brown and partially blind.
David Yee took to social media as he was extremely proud of his neighbors.
