For most people, a standard car or motorcycle license is enough. But for one Malaysian man, driving is more than just a necessity—it’s a passion.
Leong Keen Wai, a medical professional, has gone viral for amassing nearly every type of driving license issued by the Road Transport Department (JPJ). From ambulances to dump trucks, if it has wheels (or tracks), he probably knows how to drive it.

From Emergency Response to an Unstoppable Collection
Leong’s journey started with a simple goal: obtaining a license to drive ambulances for emergency response. But one license led to another, and soon, he was navigating hospital lorries, heavy machinery, and even passenger transport vehicles.

Today, his impressive collection includes:
✅ B Class – Big motorcycles
✅ C Class – Three-wheeled motorcycles (often used for night markets)
✅ D Class – Manual cars
✅ E Class – Large lorries and dump trucks
✅ H Class – Tractors, forklifts, and wheeled heavy machinery
✅ I Class – Excavators and tracked heavy machinery
✅ PSV D – Public service vehicles like ambulances, e-hailing cars, taxis, and limousines
✅ PSV E – Buses
✅ GDL E – Fixed-axle lorries, including hearses
✅ GDL E (Articulated) – Trailers and articulated lorries
What’s Missing from His Collection?
Despite his extensive list, Leong still has a few gaps:

Leong has no plans to slow down. He hopes to obtain even more licenses.

His ultimate dream? To operate a Caterpillar 797 haul truck, launch a Rapid Response Emergency Superbike Squad for his hospital, and—if the opportunity arises—learn to drive an army tank.
For Leong, driving isn’t just a skill; it’s a lifelong adventure. And with his determination, there’s no telling what vehicle he’ll master next.
