If you’re thinking of getting groceries or essentials, you can now be accompanied by another family member throughout the 4th phase of the Movement Control Order, which begins today (29 April).

According to the Federal Gazette, the head of the family can now be accompanied by one other family member who is staying in the same house. Prior to this, individuals were only allowed to go solo when buying essentials.

If you are seeking medical or healthcare services, someone can also accompany you.

The 4th phase of the Movement Control Order is extended until 12 May 2020.

The list of essential services and the restrictive movement within 10KM remains the same.

With that being said, stay safe, stay at home and practice good hygiene standards.
