Argentine football legend, Diego Maradona passed away late last night (November 25th) at the age of 60 after suffering a heart attack.

Maradona was regarded as one of, if not the greatest players in the history of the sport. Since winning the 1986 World Cup, Maradona became a household name.

During the tournament in 1986, Maradona had a memorable performance against England, as well as an unforgettable moment of an iconic goal which he later described it as the “Hand of God”.

Since the news of his passing broke, a flood of tributes came in from former clubs, players and fans paying their respects to the legend.
