Sometimes you just know that your body doesn't feel right, but sometimes you're too busy or occupied to notice the symptoms. Check and see if you're experiencing any of these, because you could be experiencing stress:
#1 Headaches and migraines
Your muscles tend to tense up when you're stressed, which may cause headaches and migraines.
#2 Problems with digestion
Your nervous system will trigger an increase in adrenaline and cortisol, which will curb bodily function that are nonessential for a fight-or-flight situation, eg. digestive system.
#3 Rapid breathing
Rapid breathing could also lead to panic attacks.
