Paul Pogba not needed for Spain winter break

Paul Pogba was reportedly snubbed for Man United's winter break trip to Spain.

Sources say boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer told Pogba that he is not needed on the trip.

Pogba is still recovering from an ankle injury and has not yet returned to full training.

The World Cup winner has made just 7 Premier League appearances this season, and has been routinely linked with a move away from the club.

Arsenal want Arsene back

Arsenal are keen for Arsene Wenger to attend a match at the Emirates in a bid to boost current boss Mikel Arteta's overhaul of the club.

Senior figures are ready to talk to Wenger about returning to the Emirates.

Previously, Wenger, who won 3 Premier League titles and seven FA Cups, said that he will always be an Arsenal fan but is reluctant to return following his hate-filled departure.
