FAM umumkan, Tunku Mahkota Johor sah bertanding jawatan Presiden FAM, ditentang Penasihat Persatuan Bolasepak Kelantan, Tan Sri Annuar Musa.
4 calon pula sah bertanding jawatan Timbalan Presiden FAM manakala jawatan Naib Presiden FAM saksikan pertembungan 9 penjuru.
Senarai akhir calon akan dibentang kepada Exco FAM pada 20 Februari sebelum Kongres FAM bulan depan memilih barisan kepemimpinan bagi penggal 2017-2021.
