Tan Kian Meng pulls out of Badminton Asian Championships

Tan Kian Meng has had to pull out of next Tuesday's Badminton Asian Championships, due to a knee injury.

As such, BAM technical director Morten Frost says Goh Soon Huat and Shevon Lai Jemie may take the mixed doubles spot instead.

Meanwhile, Soong Joo Ven has been tipped to replace Iskandar Zulkarnain, who has yet to recover from injury.

Seperately, former national badminton doubles player Datuk Razif Sidek has rubbished social media rumours of his death.
