Rostov vs Man United and other Europa League results

Manchester United have been held to a 1-all draw by FC Rostov, in the first leg of their Europa League last-16 tie in Russia.

Henrikh Mkhitaryan netted the opener and became the first United player to score in three successive European games since Wayne Rooney in March 2010.

The return leg takes place at Old Trafford next Thursday.

Meanwhile, Lyon beat Roma 4-2 to take a commanding lead into their second leg in Italy,

Borussia Monchengladbach drew 1-all at Schalke in an all-German matchup,

And Dutch giants Ajax Amsterdam lost 2-1 to FC Copenhagen in Denmark.
