Fourth seed Alexander Zverev has defeated Spaniard Pablo Carreno Busta to set up a Miami tennis Open final showdown against American John Isner.

The 20-year-old German will now set his sights on collecting his seventh career ATP Tour title and third Masters 1000 crown when he faces Isner in Sunday night's final.

Isner made the cut to the final, after he defeated Juan Martin del Potro in their semis match.

Separately the final of the women's event will be a showdown between Sloane Stephens and Jelena Ostapenko.
