Both parties have yet to agree personal terms...although the final deal could cost Juve an estimated 62 million pounds, not including bonuses.

The 19 year old de Ligt is one of the most in-demand players in European football at the moment, with the likes of Barcelona, Man United and PSG also keen on his services.

Hosts Brazil are thru to the Copa America quarterfinals, after thrashing Peru 5-0.

The result, combined with Venezuela's 3-1 win over Bolivia, means the Brazilians finish as Group A winners.

Over at the Women's World Cup...Germany booked their place in the last eight with a 3-nil win over Nigeria.

While Norway beat Australia 4-1 on penalties, after their last-16 tie ended 1-all after extra time.
