Manchester United have crashed out of the FA Cup, falling to a shock 2-1 defeat to Wolverhampton Wanderers in the quarterfinals.

Wolves are now through to their first semifinal appearance in 21 years, capitalising on what was one of United's worst performances under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

Meanwhile, Manchester City remain on course for a quadruple...as they reached the semifinals courtesy of a 3-2 win over Swansea.

City found themselves two goals down after half an hour, but staged a second-half fightback through Bernado Silva and Sergio Aguero.

Last night's other result saw Watford beat Crystal Palace 2-1.

Federer advances at Indian Wells

Rafa Nadal has pulled out of his semifinal clash with Roger Federer at the Indian Wells tennis Masters due to a knee injury.

It gives Federer a walkover into the final, where he will meet Dominic Thiem for the title.

Meanwhile, the women's final will be between Bianca Andreescu and Angelique Kerber.

And...

Iskandar Zulkarnain's journey at the China Badminton Masters has ended at the semifinal stage, with the Malaysian going down in three sets to home player Liu Hai Chao.
