Roger Federer has opened up about his plans for 2020, after falling to a straight-sets defeat to Dominic Thiem in their opening ATP Finals match.

The Swiss superstar will likely need to win his next 2 matches in order to advance to the semis, and is now treating this week as a knockout tournament.

Six-time champion Federer wasn't pleased about dropping his opening service game, and admits he has to play every match like it's his last from here on out.

Federer will now focus on his next match tomorrow against Matteo Berrettini, who lost HIS opening match to Novak Djokovic.
