Man City have beaten Dynamo Kiev 3-1.

Manchester City have beaten Dynamo Kiev 3-1 to move a step closer to their first quarterfinal appearence in the Champions League.

Goals from Sergio Aguero, David Silva and Yaya Toure gave City a commanding lead to take back to England for the second leg of their last 16 tie next month.

The result also vindicates Manuel Pellegrini, who feilded a weakened side in the FA Cup last Sunday in preparation for this match.

Meanwhile, in the other Champions League clash, Atletico Madrid played out a goalless draw with PSV Eidnhoven, who played with 10 men in the last 20 minutes.
