Malaysia in semis of Thomas Cup

Malaysia have advanced to the semis of the Thomas Cup after defeating Taiwan 3-1 in the quarterfinals of the Thomas Cup in Kunshan China
This as Koo Kien Keat/Tan Boon Heong delivered the winning point for Malaysia after they defeated Chen Hung Ling/ Wang Chi-Lin / their Taiwanese opponents.
Earlier, Datuk Lee Chong Wei and Iskandar Zulkarnain Zainuddin also won their respective matches but Goh V Shem/Tan Wee Kiong lost theirs.
