Liverpool have lifted the Premier League trophy for the first time in 30 years!

Captain Jordan Henderson received the trophy from Reds legend Kenny Dalglish, who was manager when Liverpool last won the title in 1990.

They were presented with the trophy after beating Chelsea in an 8-goal thriller.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain scored the final goal, as Liverpool emerged as 5-3 winners.

Naby Keita, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Gini Wijnaldum and Roberto Firmino also found the back of the net.

Man United moved back into the Premier League's top four, after drawing 1-all with West Ham this morning.

The Hammers took the early lead, before Mason Greenwood equalised for United in the 2nd half...

United need a point in their final match against Leicester, to confirm their place in next season's Champions League.

West Brom will return to the Premier League next season, after a two year absense.

They won promotion from the Championship division after this morning's 2-all draw with QPR

They join Leeds, who earned their promotion at the weekend.

Meanwhile Brentford, Fulham, Cardiff and Swansea will go into promotion playoffs.
