Jurgen Klopp says his Liverpool side does not have to spend huge amounts of money on new transfers in order to be succesful.

The Reds boss was referring to Chelsea, who've spent around 200 million pounds on reinforcements ahead of the new season.

Klopp says the Premiership champions will stick to their approach of slowly building and developing a winning team, which has served them well over the past few seasons.

Liverpool will begin their Premier League title defence with a match against Leeds early Sunday morning.

Reigning F1 champion Lewis Hamilton says Sebastian Vettel made the right decision in moving to Aston Martin next season.

He says it would have been a huge loss if the four-time world champion had opted to quit Formula One instead.

This, after Vettel admitted that he seriously considered walking away from the sport, after Ferrari opted not to renew his contract.
