Orlando City midfielder, Kaka is the highest-paid player in the American MLS for a third straight year.
According to the MLS Players Union, Kaka, who has not played since suffering an injury in early March, will earn 7.2 million dollars in total compensation this year.
Sebastian Giovinco was 2nd with 7.1 million dollars, while his Toronto FC teammate Michael Bradley was 3rd with 6.5 million.
