The Cabinet has barred Harimau Malaysia from travelling to Pyongyang for their 2019 Asian Cup qualifying match against North Korea on March 28th.

This, due to security reasons following diplomatic tensions between KL and Pyongyang over the recent murder of a North Korean national at KLIA2.

FAM says it has asked the Asian Football Confederation to move the match to a neutral venue, and expects a decision by the end of this week.
