Indonesia bids to host 2032 Olympics

Feb 19, 2019

Indonesia has submitted a bid to host the 2032 Olympics, after receiving plenty of recognition for hosting last year's Asian Games.

However, it could face competition from India, as well as a joint bid by North and South Korea.

Should the bid go through, Indonesia will become only the fourth Asian country to host the Olympics, after Japan, China and South Korea.

The IOC will pick the host of the 2032 Games by 2025.

Klopp not having personal beef ahead of Bayern Munich clash

However, Klopp says that's all in the past, and is looking forward to face the German giants in their first leg last-16 clash.

Brexit a major concern for Mercedes

The Mercedes F1 team is concerned that Brexit will give an unfair advantage to their rivals Ferrari.

Mercedes and six other outifts have their bases in the UK, and are worried that Britain's exit from the European Union will lead to a logistics nightmare.

They believe that it will interrupt the free-flow of parts and manpower between their headquarters, and the rest of the European circuits.

By comparison, Ferrari is based in Italy, and will face no such issues moving around the continent.
