Euro 2015: England suffer second European exit in a week.

England have been knocked out of Euro 2016, after a shock 2-1 loss to Iceland in the last-16.

England keeper, Joe Hart says he takes full responsibility for the defeat, especially for failing to block Iceland's winning goal. 

But despite taking the blame, Roy Hodgson has resigned as England manager, with Under-21 boss Gareth Southgate the favourite to replace him.

And skipper Wayne Rooney has no plans to retire, and will continue to play in the upcoming World Cup qualifiers. 

In other news, Antonio Conte says he is open to coming back as Italy manager in the future, 

He will take charge of Chelsea after the Euros.
