Chelsea close in on Rudiger

Chelsea have reached a 29 million pounds deal to sign Antonio Rudiger from Roma.
The German defender is due to fly in to London next week for his medical.
Blues boss Antonio Conte had been searching for defensive reinforcements, and identified the 24 year old Rudiger as his main target, after discussions with his technical staff.
