The disappearance of Cardiff's record-signing Emiliano Sala has taken a heavy toll on the club.
Manager Neil Warnock says a number of players needed counselling after news of the tragedy broke.
Warnock himself admits he was also emotionally drained by the ordeal, to the point that he actually considered retiring.
Sala went missing last week, just days after he officially joined the Malaysian-owned club.
The Argentine's chartered plane disappeared over the English Channel while on a flight from France to the Welsh capital.

Meanwhile Cardiff will pay tribute to Sala in tomorrow morning's Premiership clash at Arsenal.
The player's family will be in attendance, while the captains of both clubs will lay floral tributes before kick-off.
