Manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is still trying to convince Edison Cavani to stay at Manchester United for another season.

The forward impressed by scoring twice and providing three assists in United’s 6-2 Europa League semi finals first leg win over Roma this morning.

Cavani joined the Red Devils on a one-year deal last October and has yet to commit to a new contract.

Solskjaer says the 34-year-old has the ability to motivate his teammates and is a vital part of the team.
