Liverpool v Man United Ends In Goalless Draw
Dec 18, 2023
Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is looking at the positives after his team played Manchester United to a goalless draw at Anfield.
He says they were more dominant, compared to when they hammered United 7-nil last season.
The draw means United slipped off the top of the table, 1 point behind Arsenal.
Liverpool will face West Ham in the EFL Cup quarter-finals in mid-week, before their top-of-the-table clash with the Gunners.
Meanwhile, United boss Erik ten Hag has praised his team's performance, after they defied expectations and gained a point.
The Red Devils avoided a third consecutive defeat in all competitions, following earlier losses to Bournemouth and Bayern Munich.
United are currently 6 points off the top-four, and will next face West Ham.
