Lee Zi Jia has made an early exit at the China badminton Open.  

The Malaysian men’s singles ace suffered a straight sets defeat to Japan’s Koki Watanabe in the opening round. 

However, several other Malaysian reps advanced to Round 2, namely Goh Soon Huat/Shevon Lai, Goh Sze Fei/Nur Izzuddin, Man Wei Chong/Tee Kai Wun and Arif Junaidi/Yap Roy King.

Liverpool will kick off their Champions League campaign tomorrow morning, when they face AC Milan in Italy.  

The Merseyside giants are coming off the back of their EPL defeat to Nottingham Forest.

Borussia Dortmund believe it’s only a matter of time before former head coach Jurgen Klopp returns to the club.  

The German club didn’t say what his new role will be, but previous reports said he could become their director of football.
