Steven Gerrard joins Al-Ettifaq

Steven Gerrard has been appointed as the new manager of Al-Ettifaq.

The Liverpool legend joins the Saudi club on a two-year deal.

This represents a u-turn from the ex-Aston Villa boss...who had previously said that he had rejected an offer to join the Saudi league.

Bayern Munich are reportedly preparing a second bid for Tottenham’s Harry Kane.

This is after their initial reported bid of 60 million pounds was rejected.

The Bundesliga side are said to be prepared to go as high as 80 million this time around, although this would still be 20 million short of what Spurs are expecting.

Man City are reportedly preparing an official bid for RB Leipzig’s Josko Gvardiol.

It is understood that their verbal approach of over 64 million pounds was previously rejected by Leipzig.

The Bundesliga club apparently wants at least 86 million, which would make Gvardiol the most expensive defender in football history.
