The Premier League is to introduce new rules, to prevent any future attempts by clubs to join the European Super League.
All owners will have to sign the charter, that provides for sever punishment if they try to participate in any unsanctioned event.
It comes after Man United, Man City, Liverpool, Chelsea, Tottenham and Arsenal agreed to join the Super League last month…only to u-turn on the decision after intense backlash.

For the first time ever, the Malaysian contingent will have two flag bearers at the Olympics.
This, after shuttler Goh Liu Ying and archer Khairul Anuar Mohamad were both given the honour of carrying the Jalur Gemilang at the upcoming Tokyo Games.
Khairul will be the first Malaysian archer to be selected as flag bearer…while Liu Ying will be the third badminton player to do so after Datuk Lee Chong Wei and Datuk Razif Sidek.
The move to have one female and male flag bearer is also being encouraged by the International Olympic Committee to help promote gender equality.
