Wenger eyes Man Utd job

Sep 26, 2019

Arsene Wenger admits he would LOVE to take charge at Manchester United, if the opportunity comes his way.

The former Arsenal boss described it as a dream job for any coach.

He also reckons he can be a success there, as he has the confidence, determination and the right ideas to pull it off.

Manchester United's owners are not too concerned about the club's disappointing start to the season.

Club sources told ESPN, the owners accept that it will take time to build a team that can fight for trophies.

As a result, they don't expect to launch a realistic challenge for the EPL title, until the 2021-22 season at the earliest.

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp reportedly blocked young striker Rhian Brewster from going out on loan at the start of this season.

The 19-year-old was aiming to move to another club, to get more first team opportunities, but Klopp wanted him to stay at Anfield.

Brewster made his first-team debut this morning, as the Reds beat MK Dons 2-nil in the League Cup.
