Tim Newenham resigns as Podium Program director

Tim Newenham, the director of the Podium Program for elite national athletes, has resigned from his post.
It follows the Malaysian contingent's failure to finish in the top 10 of the recent Commonwealth and Asian Games.
Meanwhile, former Olympic Council of Malaysia president, Tan Sri Tunku Imran Tuanku Ja'afar says the Program should be given more time to show results, as it had only been implemented in 2016.
