Japanese footballer Takumi Minamino has seemingly confirmed that he's set to join Liverpool.

This is after the Salzburg winger said on twitter that he is ready for the next phase of his career, at a top club.

Earlier reports said that Salzburg are in talks to sell the 24-year-old to Liverpool, and the deal could be completed by the start of next month's transfer window.

Minamino is available for a bargain price of just over 7 million pounds, because of a release clause in his current contract.

Marouane Fellaini has ruled out a reunion with his former manager Jose Mourinho at Tottenham.

The Belgian was a favourite of Mourinho during their earlier spell at Man United...before the player moved on to the Chinese League.

Fellaini says while he enjoyed his time with Mourinho...he's happy at his current club...where he's scored 12 goals in 34 matches.

Carlo Ancelotti is reportedly travelling to the UK to hold talks about becoming Everton's next manager.

The Italian was sacked by Napoli this past week...following the club's poor performances in the Serie A.

Earlier reports also linked Ancelotti with Arsenal, but it now seems that the Gunners are not too keen on him.
