Solari, will he stay or will he go?

Santiago Solari says he's not sure if he'll be appointed as Real Madrid boss full-time.

According to La Liga rules, a club can only appoint an interim manager for two weeks, after that he must either be appointed permanent coach or replaced. 

This means that Solari must be confirmed by today.

Whether he gets the full-time job or not, Solari says he's happy with what he's done so far, with Real winning all of their matches since Julen Lopetegui's departure.

Arsenal's Danny Welbeck ruled out till further notice, after ankle surgery

Arsenal boss Unai Emery has confirmed that Danny Welbeck faces a lengthy spell on the sidelines after undergoing ankle surgery.

The England striker broke his ankle after landing badly during last week's Europa League draw with Sporting Lisbon.

Welbeck's long absense could raise doubts about his future at the club, with his current deal expiring at the end of the season.

Red Bull's Max Verstappen to perform public service, after Brazil GP altercation

The FIA has ordered Max Verstappen to serve two days of public service, for his clash with Esteban Ocon at the Brazilian F1 GP. 

The Red Bull driver shoved Ocon after the race, over a collision that cost Verstappen a possible victory.

Mercedes' Lewis Hamilton won the race, while Vertsappen came in second.
