Shakhtar Donetsk sell midfielder to Chinese club

Shakhtar Donetsk have agreed to sell Alex Teixeira to Chinese club Jiangsu Suning for 38.4 million pounds.
His fee sets a new transfer record in China, eclipsing Guangzhou Evergrande's 31 million pounds for Jackson Martinez.
It is the third time the record has been broken in the last 10 days, as Chinese Super League clubs spend big before the 26th Feb transfer deadline.
