Malaysia picked up its 8th gold medal at the SEA Games today, through squash!

Our badminton team also made us proud... contributing 3 gold in the competition.

Men's singles shuttler Lee Zii Jia, women's singles shuttler S.Kisona and men's doubles pair Aaron Chia and Soh Wooi Yik picked up a gold medal each.

This means the badminton team have surpassed BAM's one gold medal target.

Malaysia also won the men’s team Kata event and the under 75kg Kumite Individual final.

There was also good news from our archers... they clinched the gold medal in the men's team compound event.

We also won our first ever gold in e-Sports, in the Hearthstone Gold Medal match.

It brings our overall tally so far today to 48 gold.

The Spaniard has fallen down the pecking order at Stamford Bridge, having only played 7 games this season.

Arsenal are monitoring Hector Bellerin's fitness ahead of their Premier League match against West Ham early tomorrow morning.

This is after he made his comeback from injury against Brighton last week.

Centre-back Rob Holding and midfielder Dani Ceballos remain out.
