Dele Alli netted twice for Spurs to add on to Christian Eriksen's goal, after Alvaro Morata had given the Blues the lead on the half-hour mark.
The Blues are currently 8 points behind 4th-place Spurs on the league standings.
Elsewhere, Arsenal defeated Stoke 3-nil
