Reds go 11 points clear, United win derby

Liverpool have gone 11 points clear at the top of the Premiership table after a comfortable 3-0 win away to Bournemouth.

The Reds have now won 15 out of their 16 league matches this season...with the latest victory also extending their club record unbeaten run to 33 games.
Elsewhere, Man United defeated local rivals and defending Premiership champions Man City 2-1 at the Etihad.

Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial got on the scoresheet to help the Red Devils up to fifth in the standings.
Everton have won their first match since the sacking of manager Marco Silva...pulling off a surprise 3-1 home win over Chelsea.
While Tottenham hammered Burnley 5-0

The Malaysian contingent recorded their best performance at the SEA Games so far...picking up eight gold medals yesterday.

Four came from rhythmic gymnastics, two from diving, while Taekwondo and Karate contributed one each.

Malaysia also won eight silver and 13 bronze medals on the seventh day of competition...bringing our overall tally to 36 gold, 28 silver and 42 bronze medals.
Among the Malaysian medallists yesterday was long-jumper Andre Anuar, who broke the 12-year-old national record en-route to clinching the silver...and also become the first Malaysian to break the 8 meter mark.

Pocket Rocketman does it again
And, national track cycling star Azizulhasni Awang has done the country proud again!
The Pocket Rocketman won the Keirin event at the fourth round of the Track Workd Cup in New Zealand ahead of his competitors from Russia and Australia.
This is a significant improvement from Azizul...who could only manage a sixth place finish in third round in Hong Kong.
