Phee fails to make cut in France

National swimmer, Phee Jing En failed to make the cut for the 100 metre women's breaststroke final in the second leg of the Mare Nostrum Swimming Series in France.

The 18 year old only managed to finish in 10th, with the top 8 qualifying for the final. 

Jing En recently won a gold medal in the opening leg of the tour in Monaco, in the 50 metre breaststroke event.
