No action to be taken against Chelsea or Terry

The FA has decided that no action will be taken against Chelsea or John Terry.

This, following an investigation into the circumstances of his substitution in his final game at Stamford Bridge at the end of last season.

Terry left the field through a guard of honour after 26 minutes, which is the exact time several people had bet the substitution would take place.

However, the FA has found no evidence to suggest it was inside information intended for the purposes of betting.
