No Malaysian teams left in Asia Badminton Championships

Feb 20, 2016

Malaysia is out of the Asia Badminton Team Championships in India.

Our women's team lost 3-0 to Thailand in the quarterfinals, while our men's team lost 3-2 to India in the quarters as well.

However, BAM technical director, Morten Frost was still extremely pleased with the young Malaysian reps, especially Iskandar Zulkarnain.

Frost says Iskandar is playing like a top-20 player, while his world ranking is only 39th.
