Netherlands beat England to reach Nations League final

The Netherlands have booked their spot in the Nations League final, courtesy of a 3-1 semifinal win over England.

Matthijs de Ligt cancelled out a Marcus Rashford penalty to force the game into extra-time, before the Dutch triumphed following an own goal from Kyle Walker, and a late strike from Quincy Promes.

The Netherlands will now face Portugal in the final early Monday morning, leaving England to take on Switzerland in the third-placed playoff on Sunday night.

Djokovic, Thiem, Anisimova and Barty round up Roland-Garros semifinalists

Novak Djokovic has advanced to the semifinals of the French Tennis Open, after a comfortable straight-sets win over Alexander Zverev.

The Serbian will next face Dominic Thiem, who beat Karen Khachanov in their quarterfinal clash.

Over in the women's draw, defending champion Simona Halep crashed out, following a shock straight-sets defeat to American youngster Amanda Anisimova.

The 17-year-old will take on Australian star Ashleigh Barty in the last-4.

Chong Wei to announce decision on career future

Datuk Lee Chong Wei has reportedly made a decision regarding the future of his badminton career, and is expected to make an announcement soon.

Sources say he will most likely choose to retire, following advice from his doctor to not aggravate his recovery from nose cancer.
