Messi slams biased ref

Lionel Messi has slammed the referee that handled Argentina's 2-nil defeat to hosts Brazil, in the Copa America semis. 

The Argentina captain says the referee was biased, as a number of decisions went against his team in this morning's match.

He was especially upset that the ref failed to give Argentina a penalty immediately before Brazil scored their second goal.

Meanwhile, the result moves Brazil into the final, where they will take on the winner of the other semi between Chile and Peru.

Chelsea could unveil Derby boss Frank Lampard as their new manager by as early as tomorrow! 

According to latest reports, Lampard is still in advanced discussions with The Blues about replacing Marizio Sarri. 

Skysports says wants assurances about Chelsea's expectations and plans with regards to their Fifa transfer ban.

Meanwhile other reports say that Derby will replace Lampard with former Fenerbace boss Phillip Cocu. 

Like Lampard, Cocu had a successful playing career, winning 5 league titles with PSV Eindhoven and Barcelona in the 1990s and 2000s.

Formula One says it was a technical error, that caused Williams' Robert Kubica to be named Driver of the Day at the Austrian GP. 

The announcement had shocked fans across the world, as Kubica finished the race last, three laps behind. 

After two days of checks, F1 officials confirmed that Kubica was wrongly allocated a number of votes.

They also confirmed that the award should have gone to race winner Max Verstappen.
