Max Verstappen takes controversial victory at Austrian GP

Max Verstappen has won the Austrian GP, with a dramatic late pass on Ferrari's Charles LeClerc.

The pass, which saw Verstappen run LeClerc off the track with two laps two go, was investigated by race stewards, with the Red Bull driver's win only confirmed three hours after the chequered flag was waved.

Mercedes driver Valteri Bottas ended up in third.

This is also the first time this season, that a Mercedes driver has failed to win a GP.

Matthijs de Ligt chooses Turin?

Italian media are reporting that Juventus have reached a deal to bring defender Matthijs de Ligt over from Ajax. 

The 19-year-old could be unveiled as early as today. 

It comes amid back-and-forth over the Dutch player's future, with Barcelona, PSG and Manchester United also keen on his services.

Rafiq Ismail wins first title this season

National bowler Muhammad Rafiq Ismail has won the men's open event at the Singapore International Open Tenpin Bowling Championships.

He defeated his opponent from South Korea in the final, for his first title of the season.
