In the English Premier League, Manchester United lost 1-nil to West Brom to hand the title to Man City!
United's defeat at Old Trafford means City now have an unassailable 16-point lead over the Red Devils, with only 15 points left to play for.
Elsewhere, Arsenal went down 2-1 to Newcastle at St James' Park.
Over in the France, PSG took home the Ligue 1 title thanks to a 7-1 thrashing over Monaco.
