Lionel Messi has six Golden Shoes

Lionel Messi has picked up his third consecutive European Golden Shoe award as the continent's top scorer. 

The Barcelona star netted 36 times in La Liga last season - three more ahead of his nearest rival, PSG's Kylian Mbappe.

This is also a record sixth award overall for the Argentine, who won his first Golden Shoe nine years ago.

Raul to replace Zidane at Real Madrid?

Real Madrid legend Raul has been tipped as the next manager of the Spanish giants.

The former striker is currently in charge of Real's reserve team, but he is once again being mentioned as a possible replacement for Zinedine Zidane, amid the club's ongoing struggles in the Champions League.

F1 reach agreement in principle to host Miami GP

Formula One has reportedly reached an agreement to hold a race in Florida, US from 2021. 

The proposed new track will loop around the Miami Dolphins NFL stadium, all of which is private property.

Previous attempts to hold an F1 race in downtown Miami failed to take off, because of objections from the local community about noise and interruptions to business.
