Kante voted Players' Player of the Year

N'Golo Kante has been voted Chelsea Players' Player of the Year at the club's end-of-season awards.

This means the 26-year-old has now won a quadruple of coveted individual honours, in his first season with the Blues.

This, as he was also named PFA Player of the Year, FWA Footballer of the Year and Premier League Player of the Season, earlier this month.

Meanwhile, Eden Hazard has been named Chelsea Fans' Player of the Year.

He has also received the Goal of the Season prize from Blues legend Michael Ballack.
