Persatuan Bola Sepak Kedah sedia lepaskan jurulatih, Tan Cheng Hoe untuk beliau berkhidmat bersama pasukan kebangsaan.
Namun, KFA berkata, beberapa perkara perlu diselesaikan terlebih dahulu untuk pastikan tiada sebarang masalah timbul kemudian hari.
Ini termasuklah mendapatkan pengganti Cheng Hoe terlebih dahulu, sebelum jurulatih skuad Lang Merah itu dilepaskan kepada FAM.
