Over in Italy, 3 Premier League based players were named in the squad, namely Angelo Ogbonna from West Ham, Man United's Matteo Darmian and Graziano Pelle from Southampton.
However, there was heartbreak for AC Milan captain Riccardo Montolivo, who missed out on his second straight major tournament due to injury.
