The Football Associations of England, Scotland and Ireland have released new guidelines, to help prevent brain injuries caused by heading footballs.
The guidelines ban youth players under age of 12 from heading footballs in training, and it should be introduced gradually, to children between the ages of 12 and 16.
This follows research, which showed that retired footballers are three times likely to die from brain disease, compared to non-players.

The shadow of the Covid-19 outbreak continues to linger over Italian football.
Two regions in northern Italy have been put under strict quarantine, prompting a number of Sunday's Serie A games to be postponed, including Inter Milan's clash against Sampdoria.
However, reports say Inter's Europa League last-32 home tie against Ludogrets will go on as planned on Friday.
But due to concerns about the coronavirus, it will be played in an empty stadium.

The Chelsea boss says he expects a tough challenge from Bayern, who demolished Tottenham 7-2 in London earlier this season.
However, Lampard reckons his players ARE good enough to beat the German giants.
