Champions League

Mar 14, 2018

Manchester United are out of the Champions League, after they lost to 2-1 to Sevilla, in the second leg of their last 16 match at Old Trafford this morning.

The first leg had ended goalless.

This is Sevilla's first appearance in the Champions League quarter-finals, although they did make the last eight of the old European Cup back in 1958.

Meanwhile, Roma are through to the quarterfinals for the first time since 2008.

They go thru on away goals, after their last-16 tie with Shaktar Donetsk ended 2-all on aggregate after two legs.
